From the moment you place your order, we take great care to ensure that every piece is delivered securely, efficiently, and with the level of service that reflects our commitment to craftsmanship and design.
Complimentary Shipping
We are pleased to offer complimentary standard ground shipping for all orders shipped within the contiguous United States, as well as Alaska (AK) and Hawaii (HI).
Please note that we are currently unable to ship to the following U.S. territories or APO/FPO addresses: PR, GU, AA, AE, AP, AS, MP, VI.
Our team carefully selects the most reliable shipping method to ensure your order arrives safely and on time.
Shipping Carriers
We partner with trusted carriers such as UPS, FedEx, and USPS, choosing the most suitable option for your location and order size. Each shipment is packed to our rigorous standards, with premium protective materials to safeguard your lighting during transit.
Delivery Timeframes
- Standard shipping: Orders typically arrive within 5–8 business days from the date of shipment.

Expedited shipping: For clients who require faster delivery, expedited shipping options are available at checkout.
- Orders placed after 11:00 a.m. EST will be shipped the following business day.
- We do not ship on weekends or U.S. nationally observed holidays.
We will provide a tracking number as soon as your order has been processed, allowing you to follow your shipment from our door to yours.
Order Processing
- Processing time: All in-stock items are processed and prepared for shipment within 1–2 business days of order confirmation.
- Tracking information: Tracking details are generated within 1 business day after your order enters our processing queue, so you are always informed of your delivery status.
- Pre-ordered or backordered items: Once an item is back in stock, it will be processed and shipped within 1–2 business days.
Post-Delivery Inspection & Claims
We want you to be delighted with your purchase. To ensure your order arrives in perfect condition:
- Please inspect all packages immediately upon delivery.
- Any claims for shipping damage or defects must be reported within 5 business days of receipt.
- Retain all original packaging and packing materials until your item is fully inspected and confirmed to be in working order. Original packaging is required for returns and is highly recommended for any claims related to transit damage.
For freight deliveries, any visible damage must be noted on the bill of lading at the time of delivery before signing.
Order Changes After Shipment
Once your order has shipped, it cannot be cancelled, rerouted, or redirected. Please do not refuse delivery of undamaged shipments. Refusal of delivery may result in restocking fees, return shipping charges, and may affect refund eligibility.
Returns
If you wish to return an item, please refer to our Return Policy for detailed instructions.
- Returns must be initiated within 20 days of receipt.
- Items must be in their original packaging and in unused condition.
International Shipping
While our primary service area is within the United States, we are delighted to assist international customers. For shipping outside the contiguous U.S., including Alaska and Hawaii, please contact our Customer Service Team for a personalized shipping estimate.
