1. Introduction

Welcome to Perimost. These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Perimost website, its products, and all related services (collectively, the “Services”). By using our Services, you agree to comply with and be legally bound by these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not accept these Terms, please refrain from using our Services.
Perimost is a design-driven Lighting and Fans brand owned and operated by Eileen Grays LLC, with our principal business address at 17745 Valley Blvd, City of Industry, CA 91744, USA. You may contact our customer support team at support@perimost.com with any questions.

2. Intellectual Property

All content on the Perimost website—including but not limited to product designs, photographs, graphics, logos, text, code, and software—is the exclusive property of Eileen Grays LLC or its licensors and is protected under United States and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
You may not reproduce, modify, distribute, publicly display, or otherwise use any of our intellectual property without prior written permission. Unauthorized use may result in legal action. The Perimost name, logo, and associated brand marks are registered trademarks and may not be used without authorization.

3. Product Descriptions and Availability

We make every effort to display our products as accurately as possible. However, due to differences in monitors and devices, the actual color, texture, and finish may vary slightly from what is shown online. While we aim to keep product descriptions, specifications, and pricing up to date, we do not guarantee that all content is complete, accurate, or current.
All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to limit quantities, change product offerings, or discontinue items at any time without notice.

4. Order Acceptance and Payment

Submission of an order does not constitute our acceptance. Your order is considered accepted only once it has been reviewed, approved, and shipped. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including but not limited to inaccuracies in pricing, suspected fraud, or limitations in product availability.
All payments must be made using one of the accepted payment methods displayed at checkout. Prices are listed in U.S. Dollars (USD) and are exclusive of applicable taxes, shipping charges, and handling fees unless explicitly stated otherwise.

5. Shipping and Delivery

Shipping availability, methods, costs, processing times, and estimated delivery timeframes may vary depending on the product, destination, inventory availability, and carrier conditions.

Perimost currently offers shipping to eligible destinations within the United States. International shipping may be available for certain destinations upon confirmation with Perimost Customer Care.

Complimentary standard shipping may be available for eligible U.S. orders as described in our current Shipping & Delivery Policy. Expedited, international, oversized, freight, or special-handling shipments may be subject to additional charges where applicable.

Delivery and processing dates are estimates and are not guaranteed. Carrier delays, weather, inventory availability, force majeure events, or other circumstances outside Perimost's reasonable control may affect delivery timing.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information when placing an order.

Once an order has shipped, cancellation, rerouting, or redirection may no longer be available.

6. Returns, Exchanges, and Refunds

Eligible return requests must be initiated within 20 calendar days of delivery, based on the carrier's recorded delivery date, unless otherwise required by applicable law.

All returns require prior authorization from Perimost Customer Care.

Returned products must meet the eligibility and condition requirements described in our current Return & Refund Policy.

Previously installed products are not automatically excluded from return, but may require additional review. Products must remain complete and suitable for resale and should include all original parts, accessories, hardware, documentation, and packaging whenever reasonably possible.

Products with significant damage, missing components, unauthorized modifications, or excessive signs of use that materially affect resale value may not qualify for return.

Non-Defective Returns

For non-defective returns, including change of mind, size, style, finish preference, or room compatibility, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless Perimost expressly agrees otherwise.

Large, oversized, heavy, or special-handling products may involve substantially higher return transportation costs.

Original and expedited shipping charges are non-refundable for non-defective returns.

Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Items

Verified defective, damaged, or incorrectly shipped products will be reviewed by Perimost for appropriate support.

Depending on the circumstances, Perimost may provide troubleshooting assistance, replacement parts, component replacement, product replacement, return assistance, or another appropriate resolution.

Photos, videos, or other supporting information may be required.

Refunds

Return authorization allows the return process to begin but does not automatically guarantee final refund approval.

After an eligible returned product has been reviewed and approved, the applicable refund will be issued to the original payment method.

Approved refunds are generally processed within 3–5 business days after review. Additional processing time may be required by the customer's financial institution.

Returns Outside the Standard Window

Requests submitted outside the standard 20-day return window are not treated as standard change-of-mind returns.

Product quality or performance concerns reported outside the return window may instead be reviewed under the applicable Perimost warranty or after-sales support process.

Any exception to the standard return policy is subject to review and approval by Perimost.

7. Warranty and Disclaimers

Except as explicitly stated in a separate written warranty provided with certain products, all items are sold “as is” and “as available.” Perimost disclaims all express or implied warranties, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
We do not guarantee that the website or Services will be uninterrupted, secure, or free of errors, viruses, or harmful components.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Perimost, its parent company, affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or use, arising out of or connected with the use—or inability to use—our website, products, or Services.
Some jurisdictions do not allow certain exclusions or limitations of liability, so some of the above exclusions may not apply to you.

9. User Conduct

You agree to use our Services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You must not:
- Use the site in any manner that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair our servers or networks;
- Upload or transmit any viruses, malicious code, or harmful content;
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the site or related systems;
- Violate the rights of any third party, including intellectual property and privacy rights;
- Post or submit unlawful, obscene, defamatory, or offensive content.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access for violations of these Terms.

10. Dispute Resolution and Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of North Carolina, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
All disputes arising under or related to these Terms shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in North Carolina. By using our Services, you consent to the jurisdiction of such courts.

11. Arbitration and Class Action Waiver

To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree that any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services shall be resolved through final and binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association under its rules.
You further agree to waive any right to participate in a class action, class arbitration, or any other representative proceeding. All disputes will be resolved on an individual basis.

12. Privacy

We take your privacy seriously. Please review our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and safeguard your personal information when you interact with Perimost.

13. Assignment

You may not assign or transfer your rights or obligations under these Terms without our prior written consent. We may assign our rights and obligations under these Terms to any affiliated entity or in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets without notice or consent.

14. No Waiver

Any failure by Perimost to enforce any provision of these Terms shall not be construed as a waiver of our right to enforce that or any other provision at a later time.

15. User Submissions

If you submit any comments, ideas, suggestions, product reviews, or other content (collectively “User Submissions”), you grant Perimost a perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, and distribute such content in any media.
You represent and warrant that your submissions do not violate any third-party rights and do not contain any unlawful, defamatory, or offensive material. We reserve the right to remove or refuse to post any User Submissions at our sole discretion.
