Return Policy
At Perimost, we design and curate exceptional products that bring timeless character and refinement to the spaces you live in. While we hope you are completely satisfied with your purchase, we understand that a return may occasionally be necessary. Our return policy is designed to be clear, fair, and reflective of the high standard of service we strive to provide.
Return Eligibility
We accept returns for eligible merchandise within 20 days of delivery. To qualify for a return:
- The product must be unused, uninstalled, and returned in its original, undamaged packaging.
- All original parts, accessories, documentation, and packaging materials must be included.
- We require that returns be shipped in the original packaging to help ensure a safe return and minimize damage in transit.
Products that have been installed, modified, damaged, or returned without original packaging may not be accepted, or may incur a restocking fee.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Custom or made-to-order products
- Final Sale items
- Products returned outside the 20-day return window (unless quality-related exceptions apply and are approved by our team)
How to Initiate a Return
To initiate a return, please contact our Customer Care team via the details listed on our Contact Us page.
- All returns must be pre-approved.
- Our team may request your order number and images of the product and packaging, particularly for damage or defect claims.
- Once approved, you will receive return instructions.
Return Shipping Responsibility
- For non-defective returns (e.g., change of mind or preference), customers are responsible for return shipping.
- For returns due to product defects, damage, or order errors, Perimost will cover the return shipping and provide a prepaid label.
Refund Process
- Once the returned item is received and inspected, refunds will be issued to your original form of payment within 3–5 business days.
- Original shipping costs (if applicable) are non-refundable, unless the return is due to an error on our part.
- Refunds may be adjusted if the item is not returned in resalable condition.
Exchanges
We do not currently offer direct exchanges. To receive a different item, we recommend placing a new order and initiating a return for the original item.
Lost or Damaged Return Shipments
If a return package is lost or damaged in transit, the customer is responsible for working with the carrier to resolve the issue. We strongly recommend using a trackable and insured shipping method when returning merchandise.
International Orders
We gladly accept returns for international orders within the same 20-day return window.
- International customers are responsible for coordinating and covering return shipping using a carrier of their choice.
- All other return eligibility and refund terms apply equally to international returns.
