In-stock items are generally processed and prepared for shipment within 1–2 weeks of order confirmation, unless otherwise noted.
Once shipped, standard delivery typically takes 5–8 business days.
Pre-order and made-to-order items follow the estimated shipping timeframe shown on the product page or provided in your order confirmation.
Tracking information will be provided once your shipment enters the carrier network.
Delivery
Delivery methods vary depending on product size, destination, and carrier.
Some oversized, freight, or special-handling shipments may require a delivery appointment or signature upon receipt.
Installation services are not included unless expressly stated.
Returns
Eligible return requests may be initiated within 20 calendar days of delivery.
All returns require prior approval from Perimost Customer Care.
For non-defective returns, including change of mind, size, style, finish preference, or room compatibility, the customer is responsible for return shipping.
Previously installed products are not automatically excluded from return, but may require additional review and must remain complete and suitable for resale.
Large, oversized, or special-handling products may involve substantially higher return transportation costs.
Verified defective, damaged, or incorrectly shipped products will receive appropriate support from Perimost.
